“Thrive
with ADD” is a customized coaching process
to help ADD – AD/HD adults achieve desired
results. We develop strategies around an individual’s
unique set of ADD traits. Benefits range from reaching
increased effectiveness in everyday life, to learning
how to reach larger goals and fulfill lifelong dreams.
ADD Coach Bonnie Mincu provides one-to- one coaching
to a national clientele over the phone, or in-person
in Manhattan. Telephone classes, intensive workshops
and coaching groups on different ADD-related topics
